GUERLAIN Meteorites Light-Revealing Pearls of Powder
A one-of-a-kind product and beauty icon launched for the first time in 1987, Météorites pearls of powder combine all the benefits of powders in one powder. They set, correct, mattify and above all illuminate, thanks to the combination of coloured matte and pearlescent pearls. The ultra-light texture, with 95% naturally-derived ingredients¹, guarantees a radiant complexion for 12 hours².
Delphine Jelk, Guerlain Perfume Creation Director & Perfumer, has revisited the Météorites’ iconic scent while preserving the violet floral heart. To bring sensuality and modernity, a woodier facet with a sandalwood, musk and vanilla note was added.
Four harmonies have been created offering a made-to-measure glow, three harmonies are respectively dedicated to cool, warm and amber skin tones. A fourth harmony, 01 Pearly White, has been developed around white colour to give a pure glow with a vibrant luminosity.
- 01 Pearly White / Blanc de Perle: white, rosy and beige pearls, to illuminate the fairest skins.
- 02 Cool / Rose: a harmony of pastel shades designed to even out fair skin tones.
- 03 Warm / Dore: a harmony of warm shades dedicated to medium complexions.
- 04 Amber / Ambre: a harmony of intense shades for dark skin tones.
The case design is celebrated once again as a modernised version of its predecessor. The iconic pattern adorns the lid and the box, making this beauty accessory a real gem.
A soft and luxurious puff decorated with a logoed pink ribbon accompanies the application. Dab shiny areas with the powder puff for blurring radiance.
Guerlain has also designed a specific brush to apply the pearls - a Meteorites brush, sold separately, to blend the powder pearls and apply all over the face for a diffuse glow and release the iconic powder pearls' addictive scent.
